Check-In Policy
- ~ Check-in time starts at 02:00 PM and ends at evening 10:00 PM.
- ~ Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- ~ The standard check-in time is 02:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- ~ Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
- ~ Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
- ~ Minimum check-in age is 18 years.
Cancellation Policy
- ~ No charges for cancellations made 3 days prior to check-in date.
- ~ Full retention charges for cancellations made without 3 days advance notice.
- ~ Full retention charges in an event of No Show.
- ~ No Refund on cancellations made during the peak-season festivities period (20/December-05/January inclusive).
- ~ Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra to cover their charges.
- ~ All Rates are inclusive of Breakfast
Refund policy
- ~ Hotel Refund policy for products or services cancelled, will be within 5-7 working days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customers bank account.
- ~ For Normal refunds our hotel does not charge any processing fee.
- ~ GST levied at the time of payment will not be reversed to your account.
- ~ No refund shall be issued if you have already availed of any complimentary service or discount offer
- ~ Under any circumstances, the amount of refund cannot exceed the amount paid by the customer
- ~ You can easily write to us your grievance at [email protected]. Immediately our hotel accounts department will get into the matter
Free Child Age Free
- ~ One child under 6 years stays free of charge if using existing beds.
Extra Beds
- ~ Extra beds in the room can be provided at additional cost
Parties
- ~ No parties are allowed at the premises.
Noise Level
- ~ Because the hotel is surrounded by many houses it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective regarding noise during their stay at the hotel.
Pets
- ~ Pets not allowed
Visitors Policy
- ~ Hotel does not allow any visitors in the guest’s rooms due to security reasons.
- ~ Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms unless they are a family member.
- ~ In-House guest can meet his/her visitors in hotel lobby or Reception only.
- ~ Family members as visitors allowed on arriving at the property however must register with the Front Desk.
- ~ Guests will be required to sign in their visitors at the Front Desk where they will complete a Visitor Slip stating their name, room number and name of their visitor
- ~ Limited time allocated to Family visitors
Identification At Check-in
- ~ Guests are required to show a photo identification and present their credit card upon check-in. Valid Identification documents include -> Passport, Voters ID card, Driver’s License, PAN card, and Aadhar Card. All Foreign Nationals MUST COMPULSORILY produce a Passport with valid VISA.
Lost Room Keys
- ~ Digital Card Lost or Broken will be charged Rs 1,000/- and will be billed accordingly.

Room Cleaning
- ~ The housekeeping will service the room in the sequence system between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
